TaloTrace (the "Service"), operated by Growtrics Pte. Ltd. ("TaloTrace", "we", "us", or "our"), provides AI-powered quality-assurance testing for software teams. - Account & contact information — your name, work email, company name, and any details you provide when you request access, book a demo, or contact us.
- Customer testing data — the applications, URLs, credentials, recordings, logs, and other materials you provide so that TaloTrace can test your product on your behalf.

Customer testing data is processed on your behalf and isolated per account. We do not use your customer testing data to train third-party models. You retain ownership of your data and may request its deletion as described below.

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
