01Our story
Built by people who ship software.
We're product builders and engineers who have spent years shipping software. We move fast, launch, iterate, break things, fix them and ship again. And we kept hitting the same wall.
Not because engineers don't care about quality. We care deeply about what we ship. But as products grow, so does everything that can go wrong: more features, more devices, more integrations, more edge cases, more journeys. Eventually someone has to check it all, and traditionally that meant more manual testing, more scripts and more time proving yesterday's code didn't break today's product.
So we built TaloTrace for ourselves. Not a runner for a predefined list of tests, but something that understands a product, explores it like a user, investigates what happens and comes back with evidence.
We use TaloTrace every day on our own products. Dogfooding it in real development means every frustrating regression and every limitation we encounter feeds into what we build next. Our assumptions aren't theoretical; they're tested against software that's actively being built, changed and shipped.
Quality became the bottleneck. AI made writing code faster, but knowing whether it works got slower.

We follow what happens on the screen, step by step, to see where a journey breaks down, not just what the code says should happen.
We understand what the product is meant to do.
Requirements, product specs and the app itself give us the context to tell the difference between a working feature and one that actually works as intended.

A suspected issue isn't enough. We check what happened and give your team the recording and details needed to see the problem for themselves.
