White-Glove Beta Experience
During Beta, every onboarding and test run is reviewed by our team to ensure quality. New projects are typically onboarded within 1 hour, and reviewed results are usually delivered within 24 hours. Overnight runs receive priority review so key results are available by the start of your business day.
After Beta, onboarding and delivery will follow the service levels specified in each plan.

Pricing & Billing+
Current rates are launch pricing below our standard $2.00/credit base rate, available while TaloTrace is in Beta. After Beta, standard pricing is the $2.00/credit base rate ($8.00 per testing hour); for volumes above 500 credits, talk to us. Credits you purchase keep their price forever; rate changes never apply retroactively.
All pricing is quoted in USD.
Credit packs are prepaid. Enterprise agreements are invoiced directly.
Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase and are consumed oldest-first. Email reminders are sent 90, 30, and 7 days before expiry.
Available for annual enterprise agreements.
How Credits Work+
1 credit covers 15 minutes (900 seconds) of active testing, deducted per second. A Scenario that runs 903 seconds uses 1.0033 credits — you never pay for a second you didn't use.
Testing across multiple devices, operating systems, or screen configurations meters active testing time on each configuration.
Creating and editing Scenarios is free — credits are only consumed when a Scenario runs.
Scenarios that fail due to a fault on the TaloTrace platform are not charged.
Running Out of Credits+
If your balance reaches zero, scheduled runs pause automatically and you will be notified immediately.
Runs already in progress always complete successfully.
Enable automatic credit purchases to avoid interruptions. Set a minimum balance threshold. Choose a top-up amount. Set a monthly spending limit. When your balance falls below the threshold, credits are automatically purchased at the same per-credit price as a normal purchase. No penalty pricing. No emergency surcharge. Email confirmation is sent after every automatic top-up.
Pricing Protection+
We will never change what a credit buys without providing at least 30 days' written notice.
Price changes never affect credits you have already purchased.
Enterprise contracts lock in your agreed pricing for the entire term.
