Product Manager

The role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a primary focus on:

  • Owning the product lifecycle across both external customer-facing products and internal products and tools
  • Understanding customer, user, business and operational problems and translating them into clear product direction and requirements
  • Working closely with Product Design, Technology and Engineering, Sales, customers and leadership to turn ideas and problems into products that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Managing product priorities, roadmap, requirements and delivery from discovery through launch and continuous improvement

You must be comfortable working across both business and technical environments, including:

  • Customer and user discovery, interviews, feedback and problem validation
  • Product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business logic and edge cases
  • Product Design and UX discussions, including user flows, prototypes and iterative product decisions
  • Technology discussions involving APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, integrations, AI and LLMs, testing and technical constraints
  • Sales and commercial discussions to understand customer requirements, product gaps, opportunities and recurring feedback
  • Using data, customer feedback and business context to prioritise product initiatives

Examples of projects you could own

  • Defining and improving TaloTrace’s AI-powered QA workflows, from user discovery and product requirements through design, engineering, launch and iteration
  • Designing new customer-facing features that let users configure, run, review and understand autonomous testing
  • Building internal products and workflows that improve Growtrics’ sales, operations, customer management or development processes
  • Working with Product Design and Engineering to turn an ambiguous customer problem into a well-defined product feature
  • Evaluating customer or Sales feature requests and deciding whether they represent a broader product opportunity
  • Designing AI-powered workflows involving LLMs, agents, automation, human review and product interfaces
  • Analysing product usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements

You would also be expected to tackle common product problems such as feature prioritisation, requirement clarification, product bugs, customer feedback, UX improvements, technical trade-offs, stakeholder alignment and post-launch iteration.

Soft skills

Above technical and product skills, these soft skills and values are a must.

  • Independence, initiative and learning. We highly value the ability to learn quickly, investigate problems independently and lead initiatives without needing detailed instructions. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and working out what needs to be done.
  • Communication. The ability to communicate ideas clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. If there is a problem with the product, a customer requirement, design, technology or project direction, we expect you to raise it promptly.
  • Collaboration. You will spend significant time working with Product Design, Technology and Engineering, Sales, customers and leadership. You must be comfortable bringing different perspectives together and resolving ambiguity or conflicting requirements.
  • Creativity. We welcome new ideas that improve the product, the customer experience, internal workflows or how the company operates.
  • Agility. Product requirements and priorities can change quickly. You should be comfortable adapting to changing information and plans.
  • Result oriented. Everyone is assessed on the quality and timeliness of their output and the outcomes they create.

Product and technical skills

Fast learners with strong product thinking will be prioritised over candidates who simply have more years of experience. These are some of the skills we are looking for:

  • Strong product thinking and the ability to identify, define and validate user and business problems
  • Experience managing products from discovery and requirements through design, development, launch and iteration
  • Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business logic and detailed product requirements
  • Strong ability to prioritise product initiatives based on user impact, business value, strategic importance, effort and technical constraints
  • Experience working closely with Product Designers on user journeys, workflows, prototypes, UX and product decisions
  • Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts such as APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, integrations, testing and system constraints
  • Comfortable working with AI-powered products and understanding the capabilities and limitations of LLMs, agents and AI workflows
  • Experience working with Sales, customers or other commercial stakeholders to understand customer requirements and identify product opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to make product decisions
  • Strong attention to detail while keeping sight of the broader product and business objectives
  • Experience managing customer-facing or internal products, platforms or operational tools
  • Strong documentation and product communication skills

Experience with the following is preferred:

  • B2B SaaS products
  • AI, LLM or agentic products
  • Developer tools, QA, testing or engineering products
  • Technical products involving APIs, integrations or cloud infrastructure
  • Data analytics and product metrics
  • Working in an early-stage or rapidly growing company
  • Taking products from 0 to 1
  • Building internal tools, automation or operational systems

Years of experience

We are open to candidates with 2–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership or closely related product roles.

We are building a team with different levels of experience. If you have strong product thinking, technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

English is not mandatory for non-leader positions, but strong English communication is highly valued for this role because of the amount of collaboration with international stakeholders.

Hiring process

  1. Take-home product challenge (7 days)
  2. HR and product interview
  3. Final interview with leadership
